Statement of Purpose

I have decided to create a retro-blog. This blog will be written as if it were the summer of 1982. During that summer, I kept a journal of my experiences as a member of the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps from Delaware County, Pa. I share those Journal entries now to offer a trip down memory lane for my old Crossmen friends and to remind myself of the most special summer of my life. Obviously, each member had their own experiences. But hopefully, this blog will reinforce just how special it is for all of us to be a part of the Crossmen family.
